Too many software glitches and issues. I was not happy with this phone. I think the phone was built on a network not powerful enough for the applications. A rebuild is needed.

This is a really great smart phone that has unlimited possibilities and when it is offered to other phone service companies I think it will really take off. I have more than 1500 songs on this phone and still have almost a gig of memory left.

Pros Love the web browser, ipod, camera and the touch screen
Cons Hate the short battery life and lack of camera features.

I was so excited when I first received this phone but after about two days I was sorely disappointed. The battery does not last nearly as long as is claimed and it barely lasted the day for me. It has a lot of great features but it is missing simple ones like the ability to add attendees to an event on the calendar, and then locating the event on the map. Also the 3G is incredibly slow. It looks like Apple has some work to do.
