And The Winner Is...?
UK's division of T-Mobile recently acquired the highest overall customer satisfaction rating by British wireless users-over 2083 users were surveyed.
Despite needing focus in value and download/upload speeds, in terms of differing areas-including network coverage, T-Mobile was found by "YouGov," an independent study group, to be ahead of most wireless carriers and even scored first place in client satisfaction.
Richard Warmsley, Director of Entertainment and Internet division at T-Mobile stated:
“As Internet access from any location continues to rise up the priority list for our customers, we aim to provide them with total freedom to check emails, surf the Internet and share photos.”
With bragging rights sitting on their mantle, T-Mobile is sure to be celebrating their new victory that hopefully will spill over to the U.S. side of T-Mobile's empire. Until then, T-Mobile needs to especially work on value for money that, in today's economy, is closely watched by users and competitor's alike.
